Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian method that combines a variety of techniques that mimic the flow of the ocean, to relax each part of your body. Lots of long full body strokes. Using my traditional Thai background, I combine massage with lots of dynamic stretching. You will feel loose and more mobile afterwards.
Traditional Thai Massage

Embark on a journey of ultimate relaxation and well-being. In 2022 I travel to Thailand to train in Thai massage. This massage modality uses ancient stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. Think yoga, except I’ll do all the work. Clients are fully clothed on a mat on the floor. Make sure to wear something you can move in.
Prenatal Massage

Experience a perfect blend of tranquility and rejuvenation. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. I use a specially-designed massage cushion to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Most moms tell me it is such a relief to be laying face down. I can shift to pillows for side lying if this is more comfortable.
